I Am So Down With This Look ....

Amal Alamuddin
aka George Clooney's new girlfriend.

I think he's moved WAY up in the world.
this woman has it all, well outwardly & visibly anyway..
& they say she's an attorney specializing in international law,
speaks Arabic, French & English.
she's Lebanese, where everyone learns all those languages
as children.

& I already know I cannot wear this look, but a few years ago I really really would have.

some pics of home tomorrow...

Hmmm. You lost me at her shoes but otherwise a great look. And yay! for going with a woman who has a brain.

They are sensible as the saying goes. Not sure I would have ever worn those. They are wild & interesting in a different sort of way. I need the height & besides, those saddle shoes I had to wear in Catholic schools are just a wee bit too close to these, minus the orange heels & red laces.

She looks wonderful ….. and, very brave to wear those trousers and shoes but, it works.
and, I love George's choice of girlfriend this time ….. not the stereotype blond !! XXXX

Brains, beautiful and bi-lingual. Perfect, well except for the shoes. They are too much of a menswear look and remind me of Fred Astaire's tap shoes. Have a lovely weekend Marsha.

Not sure about the shoes. I think they detract from the rest of the outfit which is a shame. They might have looked ok with all black only IMHO.

This woman has the inner confidence to look great in a potato sack. Sadly I would like a potato in such an outfit.

Enjoy your weekend.

I have my reservations about mister Clooney, but she is a stunner and sound intelligent as well!!

Her fashion style is fun. I think her attractiveness comes from within, yes she is pretty ... but there is an inner glow of confidence and joy of life. That's what makes Amal a beauty.
